Following the product vision, I like to focus heavily on the right problem to solve before figuring out the right solution to provide.
I don't pursue innovation for innovation's sake, and I favour the simplest and most effective solution: the essentials are the foundations of a great product.
➛Idealistic,
Pragmatic,
Caring.
🔷 For 5 years, in an early-stage startup, I worked closely to the founder on our in-house product. I quickly started wearing many hats: from designing and launching an internal product (eventually 100+ users) to managing a small design team and overseeing 40+ client projects.
🚀 Later, as a freelancer, I develiered a fast-track MVP for a matchmaking platform in the aerospace industry—interviewing people from four continents to nail the right priorities and business opportunities.
⚡ Finally, at Designshot, a design agency, I got to work with companies ranging from local pioneers to e-commerce giants, helping them scale and land meaningful projects, with, as much as I could, an eye on sustainability and positive impact.
This journey has given me a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to build a product and make it last, along with hands-on experience collaborating with engineers, marketers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.

As a jack-of-all-trades in design, I'm at ease at all stages of discovery and most of delivery: user research, prioritization, workshops & rituals, user flows, wireframes or high-definition interactive mock-ups, you name it!
Always relying on data and feedback to confirm or refute my choices and intuitions, I put the end user at the heart of my process.
My approach to product is global, and my aim is to take the necessary step back to unblock any situation, while relying on the historical knowledge of the product of anyone involved and data gathered along the ride.
During my time at intento, an early-stage start-up, I ended up dealing with many topics. I was in charge of brand recognition and eventually led the whole design department But I also dealt with business strategy and growth, hiring new talents, meeting prospects and clients. All those responsibilities gave me a pretty accurate vision of the whole reality and complexity of building a product, in addition to understanding better every stakebolder's job.
Now I'm committed to ensuring that user needs converge as much as possible with financial, time and human imperatives.
I'm at ease with highly specialised, highly specific, in short, highly complex environments. Whether technically, politically or abstractly.
My practical sense allows me to work efficiently with any stakeholder in the product organisation and find the most effcient answer to any question.
My main aim is to ensure that 'complex' is no longer another word for 'complicated'. It's possible to have a rich product, one that brings together a huge amount of data and allows you to do advanced things, without it necessarily being overloaded and unintelligible.
In addition to my 8+ years of experience in Product Design, I also have a technical background from my early days as a web developer. Although I don't claim to master programming languages, this technical affinity gives me a better understanding of engineers and their issues. I'm also contributing to FOSS projects so I'm used to their workflows and tools.
My ability to 'speak their language' ensures that exchanges with design and development run as smoothly as possible.
